Serveras med basilikagrädde och färsk hemlagad pasta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 personer&lt;br /&gt;Kycklingen:&lt;br /&gt;6 majskycklingfilerer a´ca 150 gr&lt;br /&gt;6 stora skivor parmaskinka&lt;br /&gt;12 kruka basilika&lt;br /&gt;2 dl riven parmensanost&lt;br /&gt;1 mozzarellaost&lt;br /&gt;2 vitlöksklyftor&lt;br /&gt;100 gr valnötter&lt;br /&gt;1 brk ricotta färskost&lt;br /&gt;Skär upp kycklingfileérna så att de blir som en schnitzel. Hacka valnötterna. Krossa basilikabladen. Riv vitlöksklyftorna grovt. Blanda ihop vitlök, valnötter, mozzarella, parmensam och ricottaost till en röra. Fyll kyckling schnitzlarna med denna röra. Rulla ihop och linda in i parma. Lägg rullarna i en ugsnsform. Klicka ev. överbliven röra över rullarna. Efter några timmar har smakerna "gift sig" och resultatet blir en ljuvligt god tomatsås som du kan använda som bas till grytor, köttfärssås pizza &amp;amp; lasagne. Gör gärna en stor sats och frys in!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 burkar goda hela tomater&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 stora gula lökar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 solo vitlök&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pkt frysta örtkryddor Provencale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 msk torkad oregano&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ dl god köttfond&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olivolja, salt &amp;amp; socker efter behag&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hacka löken. Fräs den i rikligt med olivolja tills den är gyllenbrun. Häll över resten av ingredienserna. Låt såsen puttra i ca 2 h. Var noga med att röra i såsen då och då! Ibland får man spä på med lite vatten. Mixa allt till en slät tomatsås. Servera den gärna tillsammans med den gröna peston, lite skinka och ett gott nybakt bröd!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienser&lt;br /&gt;1 burk soltorkade tomater i olja1 kruka basilika 50 gr skållade mandlar1 pressad vitlöksklyfta 1 pkt mild fetaost eller 1 dl riven parmesanost 1dl olivolja&lt;br /&gt;Klipp tomaterna i bitar. Lägg dem en bunke. Blanda i resten av ingredienserna. Mixa! Precis som resten av det italienska köket har varje region en egen syn på vad som är de bästa och godaste antipastirätterna. Enkelhet och säsong är oftast ledord då man lagar antipasti. Vi har här valt några av våra egna favoriter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Röd och grön pesto, dessa båda varianter av pesto får symbolisera Italiens flagga. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Parmaskinka med färsk, hyvlad parmensanost, en fin fruktig olivolja och purfärska basilikablad. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pizza da l'isola verde.
